Fiat Van Leasing
The brand name Fiat Professional is the name given to the Fiat brand’s collective of commercial vehicles and was launched as its own entity in 2007 (Fiat having been making cars since the late 1800’s). As you would expect from the Italians, Fiat delivers that element of style and all vans within the range are practical and versatile yet remain modern and stylish. There are multiple vehicles in the range from the car like, compact Fiorino to the Tipper and Dropside conversions of the Fiat Ducato. Awarded 2014 Fleet Van Manufacturer of the year, Fiat Professional was described as "the benchmark for all van manufacturers". It was recognised for the Fiat Professional’s parts supply policy which reduces downtime and improves a vehicle’s off road time and the fact that its vehicles and engines form the basis for many other manufacturer’s commercial offerings. The Fiat Fiorino won the coveted City Van of the Year award for the 3rd year in a row - a strong accolade given its competitors. The award is based on a number of criteria including its payload and versatility, fuel efficiency/emissions and reliability, comfort and overall running costs. The accolades don’t stop there – Fiat seems to appear in the top 5 for lots of categories for both its large and small commercial offerings with the Ducato also having been awarded many awards.
It is no surprise then that all of Fiat’s commercial vehicles are well thought out and are versatile and spacious with varying payload capacities depending on the duties they are required to fulfil. From weaving in and out of busy urban traffic and making multiple stops to make deliveries to transporting and unloading heavy duty loads for dirtier jobs each version in the Fiat range is designed to deliver practicality in both comfort and style. Every inch of load space is maximised and access well thought out with good access both rear and side with low load heights further enhanced by the pneumatic suspension on the larger models.
Fiat’s Multijet II common-rail diesel engines are fuel efficient and reliable and the fuel economy of the Fiat Professional range add to its popularity as a choice for a large number of businesses.
In all Fiat vans the comfort of the driver is well thought through with an ergonomic cabin and fully adjustable seat with main features including storage space for keeping things secure and out of sight. For the driver that uses their van as an office there is a range of useful features to aide with this and keep the driver on the move. In the central seat in the Talento and Ducato a fold out desk can be found enabling a 15.6" laptop to be rested and paperwork to be laid flat. In the Fiorino 2 seater vehicle not only can the seat be completely folded away for more load length and volume but can also be converted into similar desk space for the driver.
As you would expect from a range of vehicles that originates in the Mediterranean it features things that wouldn’t necessarily be considered on home ground. The Ducato, for example, features a cool box in the cabin, which activates when the climate control is on.
Other features of the range are the DAB radio, Bluetooth Connectivity and USB/Aux ports with steering mounted controls to keep the driver in control. For safety the cruise control, power steering and Traction+ are offered with the larger Ducato van, which is the top performing model in the Fiat range popular across Europe.
Where Fiat tend, to score well is the manufacturer and dealer support and the commitment to continually improve their offering and provide a good service and experience to their customers by listening to what the customer wants.
